I regularly get poke theory for my meals, there’s often long queue during weekday lunch period so an option is to order self pickup on food delivery app. Poke is generally good and have a wide variety of toppings and sauces to choose from! However having romaine lettuce as a base causes the whole poke bowl to be watery and unappetising, so a tip is to order another base :)

Terrible experience with ordering takeaway on this very particular day. I ordered through the website for pickup. When I arrived I saw that the place was quite empty, with only one staff at the counter. The staff missed out one of the main items in my order (the sweet mashed potato), and of course I only found out when I was about to eat, far away from the outlet. As I ordered the lettuce option, I was hoping for the mashed sweet potato to be the only carbs to get me through a long night of work. I guess not anymore. Furthermore, there’s only one option on the poke theory website to give feedback, which is through an online “form” submission.

Went on a Saturday for lunch. Had a great healthy meal although few choices are left. Happy to see “Free Açai” but only after submitting then realised can only redeem 2pm to 5pm on weekdays.

Chicken breast I ordered wasn't tasty. Kinda bland even with some dressing. Beets was terribly sour!

DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM POKE THEORY. THEY DID NOT DELIVER AND YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TO CALL. NONE OF THE BRANCHES HAVE A CLUE. WE ORDERED FROM THEM AND THE FOOD DID NOT TURN UP!! I am writing with utmost concern regarding a recent experience with your catering service, which left us deeply disappointed and in a difficult situation. We had arranged for your catering package for a birthday party and made the necessary payment in advance. Our communication with your team was clear, and we even confirmed the arrangements a day prior to the event. However, unfortunately, the food delivery did not materialize as promised. This situation had a profound impact on our celebration, specifically my wife’s birthday party, which was devoid of the anticipated culinary delight. We reached out to several of your branches in the hope of resolving the issue, but to no avail. This occurrence has created an unfortunate impression of your service, and we are left feeling let down by the experience. I am sure this does not align with the standard of service you strive to provide to your customers. We are eagerly awaiting your response and hope that appropriate steps will be taken to rectify this situation. If our concerns are not addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner, we feel compelled to share our experience more broadly to ensure future customers are informed. Everything was too dry and lack of flavours. I added Kale Chips for extra crunchiness and was kinda disappointed as nothing blended well with each other. Would rather spend the $16.10 else where.
