Today I saw the auntie wasn’t there so I decided to give a try. Definitely no luck. There is a “new” male staff that was there who was making the pancakes and told me to WAIT. He completely ignore everyone and just made his pancakes. He shouted at someone to come over and to my great surprise the rude auntie’s head pop out from the back. She look at the line and ignored. Both the staffs just were doing their own things and ignoring the customers. It’s definitely not right. Do you guys even train your staffs properly? They only came to me after 10 mins or so. There were 2 staffs - Male making pancakes, Auntie not doing anything at the back. Is not a cause of short-staffed, is definitely a cause of poor customer service. You guys don’t even need 2 staffs in a small outlet. That aside, the 2 red bean pancakes made by the Male staff I bought was so Horrible. There was so little fillings and the batter was still raw. The male staff cannot make pancakes for sure it’s inedible.If the auntie can make better pancakes, just let her make if you guys are not gonna fire her. I will no longer visit Me Bean anymore. I’m super disappointed with your service and your pancakes at Tiong Bahru Plaza. Hope you will find customers that like your staffs there.

A bowl of porridge or soup? The porridge super watety and staff super rude. No sense of customer service and I think Mr Bean really need to make some effort to train staff on attitude.

Very rude auntie (staff of Mr Bean)! I was there to collect my foodpanda order and I saw that the orders were ready and placed on seperate tables within the stall. I couldn't retrieve them on my own so I called out to this auntie. She looked at me and decided to ignore me. I called at least 3 times but she still ignored me. When she had to go nearer to the counter, I called out even louder that my order is ready and they are there (pointing to the two plastic bags). She finally responded on my fourth call and without looking at me, she threw the packet of drinks and food on the table and walked back to continue her work. Wow, I was flabbergasted by her obnoxious attitude! I will never ever patronise this stall again!!! Mr Bean, you failed to properly train your staffs and no one owes you a living. We are your customers, not the other way round! I will think twice before buying from Mr Bean again!

It’s only 8.25pm when I reached but auntie staff of mr bean shouted ‘we’re closed’ from inside, when I checked the official closing time is 9pm. When I asked more questions like not even 1 cold soya milk fridge, she just ignored me and continued doing her work. Not the only outlet with very rude and grumpy aunties who always complain to customer about how bad and calculative their management is, Mr Bean management I hope you read this. Not just 1 but many outlets I been to, I experienced the same staff attitude.

I am fine if your staff might be a bit slow given her age, but she is RUDE. I will not support your business until you sort out your service standards. Such a shame because I always liked your food.
