THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! THEY MADE US WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR FOR OUR PIZZA. WE CLEARLY SAID MULTIPLE TIMES THAT WE WANT 2 CHEESE PIZZA, BUT THEY ONLY PREPARED 1 IN THE END. AND, ME THE CUSTOMER HAD TO TEACH THE PERSONNEL HOW TO USE THE QR CODE PAYMENT. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT.

Yesterday we ordered one veg and one hawalian pizza and cinnamon sticks as side. Bothe the pizzas are very dry and cold by the time its delivered at home. Cinnamon sticks is also very dry and taste less. It was one of the worst pizza i had in singapore. I think the problem is with this punggol plazza branch, other places we had and it was good. Never order from Punggol Plaza pizza hut :(

Food quality was terrible, the Prawn Aglio Olio was bland and worse of all super oily. See photo.....For my family, I will never order from this outlet again.

Never have I posted a Google Review, but the terrible service & waiting time here deserves one. Ordered self-pickup via the pizzahut app platform, collection time stated to be 1230pm. Reach said outlet at 1245pm, item still not ready. Waited till 120pm before order was ready. What's the point of ordering on the app first, waste of my time. Checked with the staff at 1255pm with regards to the order, staff only went ahead to prepare them when we asked about it. Never ever ordering from this outlet again, plenty waste of time.

They don’t even deserve 1 star rating. I was standing there a staff saw me and ask to wait,inwaited for 20mins and no one attended to me. I rang the bell and the lady staff came out and say “oh you want to order is it? But the waiting time is an hour’ if this is how Pizza hut wants to run its outlet might as well shut it down because the staff doesn’t seem toncare about service and running the outlet.

I should have come here and read the reviews first. Totally agree this could easily be the worst F&B service ever. I ordered 1 pizza via Foodpanda pick up option at 6.45pm. Time indicated for pick up was 7.05pm. I was there at 7pm. Firstly, nobody was at the counter. Secondly, there were a few other delivery riders waiting to pick up their orders as well. At 7.20pm, a staff came out with a few boxes and checked briefly on the orders and went back into the kitchen, leaving the boxes outside. At 7.25pm, the guy who were taking orders came out and I asked is my pick up order ready. He checked those boxes and my order was one of them. I questioned him why didn’t any staff pack the orders? His reply was ‘I also don’t know’. Like seriously, you are working here and you don’t know?? I heard him telling the foodpanda riders ‘pandago must wait’. So for those who are thinking to order delivery from this outlet, good luck to you. I’m sure the orders will be late. To the owner of this account (Pizza Hut Punggol Plaza), don’t need to reply with the standard reply and asked me to write my feedback via Contact Us, I’ve written in earlier and I expect someone to respond to this. But looking through the reviews from 1 year ago, things didn’t seem to improve. So I guess it will still be as it is.

Had a great experience at pizza hut at punggol plaza. The manager and staff are friendly-. The food was hot and delicious. Great job to the team.. highly recommended.

Amazing experience every time! This store, Pizza Hut - Punggol Plaza, is always my regular takeaway store as I like the friendly smiles and great service of the crews, especially to the manager, Emman. Food is delicious and worth it.

I like the service from the guy that took my order. Very patient and detail in explaining the different flavour of the pizzas. Great recommendation and thank you for getting my pizza fast .The only minus point is the location was far from the carpark.

Once again, this outlet along with many other F&B and customer sectors in Sg are zones of lazy thinking, poor planning and execution, and irresponsibility. This review will not change anything. May history remember Singapore for being a white washed tomb and a shell of what it claims to be.
