the chicken hamburger is only Fried Chicken Skin ! No meat at all !the bundle sale of chicken leg rice, the leg is as thin as spoon! Not recommend!!! If u willing to spend $19 to eat fried chicken skins , then ignore what I said! Worst ever!

The chicken has too much sauce soaked in. The skin is way too sweet and dry while the meat has little taste. It's hard to eat more then a few bites. It's also mostly skin and fat, very little meat. They put a bun in the middle to make it look big even though you can't see it in the picture. Kimchi fries have no kimchi taste, it's just cajun power. It's cold, not crunchy nor soft. They try everything in their power to add $ to your order, asking your fries favor, if you want to upsize or add dissert in a low voice, listen carefully before you answer so you don't add random price increase to your order.

Had a craving for Korean Fried Chicken and 4 Fibgers seems to be the only option I had nearby. There was a short queue but it didn’t take long before I get a seat, the waiting time for the food is longer than expected, almost 30mins, probably it’s dinner time. Nonetheless, the fried chicken is tasty when serve hot, but the spicy sauce is not fully coated to the chicken. The fries is surprisingly good too. Best taste for dining.

Soy chicken was yummy and good and crispy! But there was a Chinese female frontline staff that slammed the tissue on the countertop when I had requested for extra tissue. Waiting time can be improved. Waited about 30 mins for my order on Tuesday evening

Always had seaweed fried and tried kimchi fried today, the latter sucks. Seaweed still the best. Fried chicken not always crispy and sometimes not thoroughly coated with the sauce ( some parts of the chicken not coated). But, I wouldn’t expect consistency from a fast food chain. What brings me back again and again Is the mix soy garlic + hot sauce, it brings the drip to the 🐔.

Me and my sister decided to take a breakfast here. We ordered a wrap with a soft drink. We want to pay by cash. Then the cashier just key in the wrap x2 ($10)at first but request $15with us. My sis saw the total amount just show $10 but why she take $15 from us. She said is drink. Anw, she act like very busy but actually no customer there and try to skip to give us the drink receipt. At the end, I go to tell her , I need to keep the drink receipt then she just started to key in the drink and give me the receipt.

Thanks alot Olive for the excellent service . She is very polite and friendly. She greeted us when we entered 4 fingers and also provided us with bb chair for my 2 years old boy. I will definitely come to causeway point 4 fingers again in future. ☺️👍👍👍

First-time visit. I was not happy with the experience.. as the staffs was unclear about what has been packed.. In fact, the chicken drumstick was not cooked.. ordered a chicken drumstick (3 Combo) takeaway, but to our surprise, we only had 2 in the box. So not really satified..

Worst place to ask for refund. I made an online order first for pickup. After 30mins I arrive for pickup, the manager there only then says that my transaction did not go through. Therefore, I ordered a new order on the spot. But after ordering, the transaction for the previous order then went through. I demand a refund for a week already but up till now no reply.

Waited more than 30 minutes for a simple meal. Crew chased us away because she said we occupied the table for too long. Told her we were waiting for our meal. She ignored us. No apology. Food was served cold. Even pigs won't eat.

We were quite early so there wasn't any crowds yet. Counter staff was friendly and ready to take our order. We ordered the 12 pieces combo meal. After we gotten our food, we dilly dally not sure what drink yet and the staff was attentive enough to inform us to quickly take the drink first as maintenance work need to be done for the drink dispenser machine and will need 15mins. Food was served hot and taste good too.

Mar'24 - the sauce that applied on the fried chicken make it taste good. Disappointed with chicken, it was cool. If it were warm, it would be better.

Chicken is saucy and crispy. Staff are nice and service is great. Tables are relatively clean, however, burgers are quite dry. Overall, quite good.
