I don't understand why the service is so slow even when there so little customers. Also please get the machine fixed. I've been coming here to try get quick lunches and breakfasts but there's literally nothing quick about it. For almost the past 3 months the machine has been spoilt and this causes a long queue. We want to order from the cashier but they don't allow us to do that. Come on burger King please up your game.

Rude staff who ignored everyone at the counter and then forced us to use the self ordering kiosk. Staff was just talking to her male friend who was making hash brown while she was pretending to be busy. Why are we forced to use the self order kiosk? Especially when it’s non peak hour at 9am and there are only a few customers? Is it just so she can continue chatting to her male friend and slack off while making the customer do the ordering themselves? I understand if it’s a busy period but this is seriously too much. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Shouldn’t be allowed to continue her employment here.

There's 2 self order taking machine but many a times only one is working which creates a long queue. Staff is not concerned no matter how long the queue is. It's very frustrating eating at Fast Food outlet which is so slow. Wish McDonalds will open an outlet in the vicinity to provide competition.

Super lousy, service was super slow and unprofessional. Hashbrown and paper were just thrown around and the burger wapper quality was so bad that it tear and sticked to the food when it got wet Will never come to this store or even burger king breakfast although I love it's lunch or dinner menu.

This outlet sells slow food rather than fast food. Order took close to 30min to arrive despite being out of peak hours and not many active orders at that point of time. This is a chronic problem that has plagued this branch for years and I don't think manpower issues alone can explain it all away. A review of its work processes might be overdue

Order number 1952 front counter claims that cannot order at the counter but didnt warn us that the kiosk machine can only be paid by nets. Manager was aware that we waited at the counter to take order but still avoiding to take our order. How long can a person order be? Just a quick few minutes. The manager her self saw that the staff that was taking our order too slow but didnt step in to helped. So Firstly we ordered ultimate angus classic bbq with special req to add on patty but the staff start to open a dispute claiming that ultimate angus mushroom has the same taste when we are allegic to mushroom.. even after telling a few times the staff still click on the ultimate mushroom.. how is this possible? We requested for upsize but she didnt even click and get the normal one instead.. Manager still have the audacity to argue without even saying sorry. What type of service is this? After requesting the manager to take over as the staff took a long time to take our order as he wasnt sure what to click the manager didnt even speak politely to us.. was taking our order unhappily. I am a paying customer and i never make any complaints before.. but this is too much

Waited for 20 minutes for coffee just to be told to order something else. They knew the machine was broken and didn't say anything. After waiting almost 20 minutes I asked what the problem was and she said I needed to order something else instead of informing me earlier. Very frustrating to wait for so long and be told it's broken. Unacceptable service.

Came here to try their seasonal mentaiko burger. Went on weekday night, it was half full. The food is just okay. The orice is okay too. There are self service kiosks option to order.

Placed order via Grab at 1.08pm and received food at 1.45PM, after informing them they are taking too long. At 1.20p.m the App prompted food is ready but when I showed up they HAVEN'T EVEN LOOKED AT THE ORDER. All they did was accept order and set it to food is ready when system prompts. I waited further and only after feedback to the counter staff they prioritise my order to be prepared first. They also refused to cancel the order to let me off the hook when they've not started preparing the order at all. If I did not say anything I won't even get the food during my lunch time. Tried to cancel with Grab also cannot because they changed the status to "food is ready" when they've not even started. I noticed there are many others standing around staring at them to hurry up. Supposed relaxing lunch now is super rushed as I have to eat fast so I can't taste the food when I AM INHALING IT. Didn't even have time to eat my fries. AND I WAS LATE FOR OTHET Things. STOP ABUSING THE GRAB APP. Will avoid ordering from here, unless I'm facing imminent death from starvation, and I might still perish after I've ordered the food.
