We came on a sunday evening. We wanted to have coffee and dessert after dinner. Outlet was full and there was no seat when we arrive at about 8pm. We walkaround to kill time and came again at 9pm. Seats was available thos time round Outlet was very spacious with plenty of seats during offpeak hours. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not a pleasant experience. Eggs Ben: came with fully cooked yolk. Scrambled eggs, you get get better ones at Macdonalds. Hope you guys can improve.

It's a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Outlet situated in IMM building. Sits approximately 60pax. Place is spacious with ceiling that extends to second level of the mall. Was here in the weekday afternoon for coffee. Place was not crowded and service was fast. Nitro cold brew with vanilla bean was too sweet (ask for reduced sugar if you are not a sweet tooth), Morrocan Mint Tea latte was very mild.

An open space Coffee Bean located in IMM. Spacious and sufficient seating. They offer cake, coffee, tea and non caffeine drinks. They also offer special drinks during occasions such as peppermint mocha during Christmas season. On top of this you can purchase tumblers and mugs too. Due to current covid situation, the cafe is abiding strictly to the safe distancing rule.

I honestly don't expect anything outstanding when it comes to a coffee joint like this. Especially early in the morning, when I'm still trying to wake up properly for the day, there isn't that extra kicker that you'd get from other cafes and coffee places. Even if it's a coffee auntie who wishes you a simple good morning or start small talks with you. Heartland areas like these, that'd have been lovely.

Cannot get enough of their pandan gula malaka cake. It goes really well with hot americano. Quick order process & coffee served pretty fast. Plenty of seatings.

Served by Jay, super lousy not professional service staff. The vibes he giving is best not to be at the front counter. I ordered the hot drink, he just gave the coffee cup as it is, when i asked for the heat holder sleeves, he just shoved the sleeve to me. Usually its common sense that a hot drink should be presented with the sleeves.. he did not even put it for me since the drink is still with him. Round 2, 2 May.i came again and ordered the food.. the cutlery is dirtied!!! Hopeless place man.

Went there on a weekend. Our drink was OK, but the staff (a young lady) was as enthusiastic as a funeral attendee. Seriously, if you hate being there and it shows on your face, don't be in a customer-facing role. Fail.

We had drinks here. Even when there's not many people the service is a bit lagging but they really fill your glass up to the brim. Nice refreshing watermelon lychee and peach with jelly drink. Good cup of cappucino too. Quite a number of seats top up with nice ambience.

ordered a matcha latte and got the drink super fast, like in less than two minutes. good service?? questionable cuz...okay i dont know if it’s because the staff was being hasty and hurried making the drink or its just their recipe, but the drink i got wasn’t even the matcha green, it was this super pale greyish green, clearly they didnt add enough matcha powder, i know the whole point of a latte is a lot of milk, but i’ve tried so many matcha lattes and at least u can taste the slightly bitter side of the matcha and the sugar/sweet cream balancing it out, THIS JUST TASTED ALMOST LIKE PLAIN MILK, it was so painful to get through the drink cuz i hate the taste of milk, and me hating the milk taste does not make this review invalid, because i LOVE dalgona coffee (more than 3/4 of the cup is just milk), i love milk tea, i love so many milk stuff, i’ve just never bought and tasted something thats a milk-mixed drink but it tastes only like milk, even the nescafe $3+ matcha latte is better than this. the small size of this starts from $7, might as well go buy 2L of fresh milk from fairprice for the same price for daily use, dont get this drink bro, hvala sells their matcha latte for $6.8 and it tastes a 100 times better but u must ask to add sugar syrup! the thing is places that sell good matcha are so remote, and the fact that you cant get a decent matcha from a more easily available and still, established cafe, is so sad. im gna get my own matcha powder now. and i aint a karen, i’m just the realest.

Cannot understand why service like that. I order one coffee and one vanilla drink and one water. After pay wave I didn’t check detail. No many people two drink I waiting for more than 10mins. Never mind. After give me coffee and vanilla I ask water, the lady who help me order one very dark face just direct take paper cup pick water from pipe 😡 I said I didn’t I didn’t check receipt but I want bottle water, she very angry to take a bottle water and ask me to pay. I just cannot understand, I owe anybody money? Such services I suggest better go other places, I hv able to any place why see such face

A guy named qayyum that served us was very rudeee!! Please educate and train your staff better in term of customer service. He thinks he's above all, that knows everything about coffee. Even so, he doesn't have the right to say it arrogantly and what made it worse he did not apologize to (us) customer. Instead of saying sorry, he walked away and acted like nothing happened. Worst cbtl experience ever!!!

Nice place to have a coffee and slice of cake while taking a break from shopping. The chairs are comfortable and the place pleasant. However, there seemed to be a shortage of staffs as the tables are not cleared fast enough and there are many people waiting for the tables to be cleared. Overall a nice place to hang out.

gd service by the staff who helped immediately clean a water spill that was at our table. the food itself was also plentiful and would recommend the Malibu Dream and the mushroom strudel.
