My all timr favr is the subway melt, 6-inch parmesan oregano type of bread with all the veggies except carrots and corn topped with sweet onion and honey mustard as sauce.

Good tasting sandwiches now made halal. Located at the ground floor area near the opposite entrance/exit door of the mall. You don't always find a long queue here except for peak times. What is good about Subway is that they have a variety of breads to choose from for your sandwich. They also update their offerings and introduce new sandwiches every now and then. Staff is attentive and would ask if you like any customization on the ingredients you want in your sandwich. Their cookies is very good too and can be added to your sandwich combo for only a $1 discounted price. Value for money and good for quick healthy bite.

Counter staff chit chat with colleague loudly as if there is no customer there. Old lady staff there is super rude and naggy. So does the filipino staff, pretending didnt see me despite i was already standing there for like 5 minutes. Worst experience i ever had with subway

The indian girl staff at this outlet was so rude. That day i have two receipts to give in order to claim two cookies. Your staff said no and just wanted to be lazy and cut her work short. But today when i go to the counter, the chinese aunty and kind enough to give me my cookies. The chinese aunty is not only kind but honest at her work. Please fix your staff attitude if they are not willing to work.

Same old same old. Nothing too much to shout about as it’s the same everywhere. Only thing that makes each store different is the staff service. Room for improvement for this outlet.

please better educate Chinese uncle that was working on 4th April very mis leading and unprofessional mentioned all cookies are layed out and under portion, as an ex staff I very well know that cookies are layed in a Tupperware near the cashier

Place was quite small, not much seats. The staffs doesn't give alot but there's improvement. I remember before the renovation, one staff scolded me badly because I BARELY touched the plastic cover (the one covering the food). I was just trying to point what I want, the thing decided to drop, how is that my fault? I was not banging on it, JUST A SMALL TOUCH. Went there a few weeks ago, the guy put so less vegetables, I understand he's a trainee but the guy guiding him seems to instruct him to put lesser. When I place a review for a free cookie, the person infront kept asking why did I leave such a review. Why can the staff see what I put? She kept asking me and say the manager will have to answer alot of questions because of it. I ate here just few days ago and, yes, the service did got better, but wouldn't rlly reco going there for subway. Place is quite small, barely any space to walk. From years ago gave me a bad impression, though currently the place looks nicer and cleaner, there's deffo more improvement to be made.
