staff here is actually the best. hes so friendly and serves everyone well. also very handsome. best coffee bean in singapore hands down. 5 stars from me.

Terrible experience. Early morning only one staff, no queue. Waited 5mins and the staff still busy inside kitchen. Asked him if I can order a cup of coffee. He just said “I got order”. If you cannot or too busy to serve walk-in customer, just tell them not ready to take in order.

Recently renovated... It is not crowded and the place is good to be if you need a place by yourself or for inclusive meeting/discussion (provided if there is no major events at Singapore Expo).

Staff is very rude, was topping up the reward app and he waited impatiently without any guidance. Didn't give much info when ask about payment method. Bad service with half hearted staff.

Guy name Dexter’s customer service was average. Sounds rude when he speaks. Can phrase his words better if want to work in this industry. Thank you:)

Staff is very very rude. Didn't catch what he said thought he asked for my order and turned back to make his other drink so when he came back to the counter I wanted to order but he curtly said give me a minute and while making other drinks and waiting for ice blend machine to finish blending he could have taken my order which takes just a minute. I know he is only one staff on duty but feels like he purposely made me wait until he complete other 3 drinks and finally came to take my order. And he was making drinks with no sense of urgency while queue started to form. When he was making my drink he even took another customers order which he could have done for me also but he chose not to. when I took my drink and thanked him totally didn't respond but He thanked another customer who only came to take their drink after being called twice. Staff name is Dexter. Not sure maybe he having a bad day lol but very rude, seems nicer to other customer so feels like biased service.

It was quiet the day before the Gastech event, I decided to have a hazelnut ice blended drink and carrot cake. They served me pretty fast, which was good, but the food and drink were just okay. The hazelnut ice blended drink was refreshing, but it didn't have that rich hazelnut flavor I was hoping for. As for the carrot cake, it was decent but lacked that moist goodness you'd expect from a good carrot cake. The staff didn't seem friendly or welcoming.

The Indian manager doesn’t allow me to get the drinks first despite in front of me is a huge order of 13 cups of drinks and I have to be at a place/position at 8.45am. It’s ridiculous!! It happened on the 29 Oct 2023 at 8.35am. Can’t even help abit such ridiculous service! Never come here and get your drinks. Terrible service
