I beg you don’t come here. It’s fast food that takes more than 30mins to arrive. Deliveries are prioritised. Ordering was a breeze because of the two automated machines. But that just prolongs the wait for food. After 30mins my order number wasn’t even on the board yet. The manager wouldn’t even acknowledge you or answer questions. Customer frustrated at the wait, demand refunds. Only to be told refund would take a week - with no apology for the service or empathy. Give this one a hard pass, please. One star is too generous.

PSA everyone (especially pregnant women or if you have kids), please don’t come here! They are super slow and there aren’t enough staff preparing food. It’s been 30min, it’s 8.30pm on a Sunday night and we are still waiting for our food. There’s only about 3 other tables here waiting. Not sure what’s the issue. Really annoyed and upset that we came here because we thought it’s fast food. Super bad to make a pregnant woman suffer like this. Should have read the reviews before coming down. Had I done some research I would not have bothered stepping foot in here.

Very good and friendly staff! Ms Elicia is very attentive and lovely when taking our order, serving us with a smile! She also told us to take care when going back as it was raining outside👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered the 10 piece spicy chicken on 12 Feb 2021 via the KFC website on behalf of my colleague who wanted to get this as a treat for us. Ordered at 3:05pm with estimated delivery time 3:53pm. The arrival of the food is quite close to the estimated time and my order arrived at 3:55pm. Rider also messaged me to confirm the place of delivery my delivery location is a shop house. The chicken tasted good and is still hot. I just find that the chicken is too oily, otherwise it would be perfect. Update on 9 Mar 2021: I made another order to share with my colleagues. Food arrived 1 hour later which was at the expected timing and still very hot. We all enjoyed the meal. I feel there is an improvement on the chicken so giving 5 stars this time.

It's always good to have a fast food restaurant around coronation plaza area. The smell from KFC can be spotted even before you see the outlet. Thumbs up 👍

Restaurant smells like something crawled under the counter and died. The staff alternate between being rude or simply not paying attention. My dine-in order came in takeaway bags & Zinger had no mayo on it. To not be only negative, the one thing good about this outlet is that the emergency lighted Exit signs appear to be functional and working.
