Family-friendly eatery at quite affordable prices where the standard of the food is consistent every time we visit. But what stands out from this place is the outstanding service from the staff. We would like to especially commend the two male managers whom at different occasions offered very good service to our family. Thank you.

Saltiest Carbonara I've ever tasted, it was so terrible like the chef dropped en entire pack of salt in it. Steak was meh. At least the mashed potato was good. For the quality of food here, the price isn't worth it. You're better off at an actual "Aston's".

Found and visit this Aston outlet by chance, you can choose to sit in air-conditioning or outside alfresco feels tables with fencing outside the mall along the Simei street 6. Quality of the the food is good with reasonable price. Attentive service crews and fast to get you a table even it is during weekend dinner time. Grilled chicken chop is always my favourite with 2 side dishes. The chicken is always tender and juicy. Will visit this outlet again if I'm around there.

Fast casual dining. The place was quite empty on a weekday lunch hours. Food took some time to be served (~10-15mins) but still not too bad. Food quality is okay, same standard from Astons everywhere else. I always order fiery chicken because its so good and spicy. Good thing is that prices are nett and no extra gst/scv charge.

There were many empty seats and it was not crowded during weekday . Tried their chicken and fish combo during lunch time . The taste is quite ok and service great as well, only perhaps the food was too salty & I can still taste the sauce / salt when I reach home in my throat. But other than that, it’s quite ok to have a quick meal.

The staff were generally okay. No complaints. At this price point, the chicken chop is actually really delicious. Meat is juicy and well-seasoned with no complaints. The fries are also pretty nice. But we've eaten here about three times and noticed that the food always takes 20 minutes to be served after we ordered it. Is there any reason why? Are some menu items being cooked from scratch? I see that I'm not the only one having the same observation here. If this branch is able to somehow improve the long wait time, I'll give it a 5 star review. As it stands, the food is good but the waiting time is really long.

We used to eat at Andes often as the prices were reasonable and the chicken chop was good. The quality has sadly dropped and the size has shrink as well. For the latest visit , the macaroni and cheese ( used to be our fav) is of small portion and cold . Service is nonexistent as you need to scan , order and pay through the QR code. The time taken to serve is also slow considering the restaurant is half full. Will not return anymore . There is a better and similar option in the same mall with better food and service .

Does this look like part of the brocoli? Ridiculous! Not admitting their mistakes and say THAT is part of brocoli.

Andes By Aston used to be a go-to spot for me, but it seems that the food standards have taken a bit of a dip lately. The beef and chicken combo scored a 6/10 in my book. While not terrible, it didn’t quite live up to my previous experiences. The meats were cooked adequately, but lacked that special touch that makes a dish memorable. On the other hand, the beef and two sides option fared slightly better, earning a 7/10. The sides were decently prepared, offering a nice balance to the main course. However, there was still room for improvement. One thing that remained consistent was the pleasantness of the drinks. They provided a refreshing accompaniment to the meal and were a highlight of the experience. Ultimately, the affordability of Andes By Aston is a major plus. I would consider returning for that reason alone. However, if I’m seeking an outstanding dining experience, I might have to explore other options. There’s potential here, but a bit of work on the food quality could elevate this establishment back to its former glory.

Always preferred this outlet. I find it cozy, and the food tastes good, esp the steaks as they are cooked as to how well I wanted. So far, it's all good!

Stumbled upon this place, I prefer this restaurant ambience to the Downtown East. Food are not much difference comparing to other branches. However, there is a friendly staff Mr Thomas is always attentive & polite. Having qualities that make us feel welcome. We did have a pleasant evening.

Food was ok. Quite generous portions, I must say. Ordered an all day platter and it came with chicken and SIX half-sized sausages. I was expecting maybe two, but six was generous. Good amount of salad and corn, which were my sides. Egg tasted good. Had a root beer float, which was great cos I was feeling warm.

I’ve been here many times. Their steak become thinner and thinner. This restaurant had a promotional poster for a steak combo at the entrance. However, after ordering, the staff informed us that it was sold out. They said that if we ordered just the steak with soup and a drink, it was available. They used the excuse of it being sold out to lure customers in and make them feel uncomfortable leaving. It's quite clever how they openly set this trap for customers, even though they have other good points. This restaurant could have been rated 5 stars, but because of the merchant's cunning tactics, this is the rating it gets. There were 6-7 people delivering food, and about half of them were just standing around. The kitchen staff seemed understaffed, causing a delay in serving food. This Western-style restaurant under Astons falls in the price range between a hawker stall and a restaurant. There's no service charge or consumption tax. The steak appears thick-cut, unlike those at hawker stalls which tend to be thinner. Diners can choose the level of doneness. You can choose two side dishes. The choices are more than the western restaurant on the 2nd floor offers. Customers need to place their orders through scanning a QR code. Overall, it offers good value for money. If you're not sure what to eat, this prime sirloin at this restaurant is worth considering. It just becomes thinner and thinner.

Come here if you like steak that taste like leather and be treated like a ghost. - Had a ribeye steak(seriously don’t bother) No basic service, staff like to chit-chat and have no concept of work. I felt I owe them money to dine in here. Manager practically not around. Place is warm, poor air-flow - Standard really drop over the past year.

Food is ok, not exceptional, but good environment. Limited choice during noon as pasta and breadcrumb hadn’t arrived.

Went during second day of CNY, surprised they were opened. Good serving size and they always maintain their quality!
