Love the food. The portion is just right. The dishes are very appealing. The restaurant was crowded during Saturday night dinner time. Waiting time to get seated was 15-20 minutes and another 20 minutes for the dishes to be served. We especially enjoy sirloin fried rice. The beef is medium well cooked and it was juicy and tasty. Other dishes are so-so, not bad but nothing special. For the price paid at MBS, it was acceptable and enjoyable dining experience.

A Halal Vietnamese restaurant that is relatively affordable at Marina Bay Sands. The taste of the dishes that we had was between average and slightly above average. Their Vietnamese coffee was great - albeit on the sweet side, which is quite normal. When we came for Sunday lunch, it does seems that they are a bit shorthanded considering the restaurant capacity is quite big. Some dishes like Pho can be served within 10-15minutes, but some like the Banh Mi took 30minutes - so do factor in a long waiting time during peak hours.

Finally tried their branch at MBS. Been to other branches already and I can say they're fairly consistent. The marbled beef and calamari are our favorite. The marbled beef has a lot of rice. I can't finish it. But it was good. The tea pitcher is around 2 glasses. Another friend tried their lemon grass menu and she's ok with it. As mentioned on my review on Vivo City branch, a friend didn't liked it. So maybe it depends on the person.

Service is great but the food quality feels very.. meh. each dish feels like it's missing a little something. Rice was dry, noodles were stuck together, and the spring rolls were fused to the paper like glue, fighting you all the way to your mouth.. the meats were good though. Vietnamese drip coffee was missing the slight sweetness from the condensed milk that is characteristic of its ilk. Perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes, or perhaps I had too high expectations for a chain restaurant. Staff were warm and friendly overall, but I wouldn't return on the basis of the taste of the food.

Service was great, that for sure. However in regards to the food, I don't find it fantastic, just average only. The rice was hard and the summer rolls is a bit tasteless.

A decent dining experience for a Saturday dinner on a public holiday weekend. We walked in right when they have a big table left and was seated right away. Overall food and service were decent, nothing special. Ok prices paid given that it’s at MBS but it’s at least a comfortable space for our group with toddlers relative to the zoo that was the food court downstairs at the time. Staff were friendly & accommodating.

The food overall was very good. I ordered the pho soup with beef slices, pho soup with chicken meatballs, and a aclamando soda drink. The beef soup never disappoints - it was very tasty and the beef slices were well cooked and soft. However, the noodles did came stuck together in the soup, so that could have been better. The chicken meatballs were slightly crunchy, which was kept crispy when they served it separately from the soup. The chicken soup was surprisingly flavourful and the whole dish was good. The drink was very refreshing and it pairs well with the meal.

I think if you choose So Pho’s ready-made soup noodles 🍜 you will get your food quite fast even if you arrive later than many other patrons. Unfortunately for us, we ordered something that was perhaps not too common for the kitchen so we got both our glass noodles and beef rice after 40 minutes of waiting, post-order btw 🥲 food was fresh and tasty though 👍🏻 perhaps include an acceptable and accurate waiting time in the menu for the most common dishes and help passively manage customers’ expectations 💡

I recently visited the at So Pho MBS, they had a lot of empty tables, but I still had to wait outside for about 30 minutes before being seated. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed, which made the wait even more frustrating. Unfortunately, the coffee I wanted to try was either sold out or not in stock, which was disappointing. The food was decent, but not great. Although it was still acceptable, it didn’t live up to my expectations. If you’re planning to visit this restaurant, I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they have the coffee you want in stock and to avoid peak hours when the wait time might be longer. Hopefully, the restaurant will address their staffing issues soon so that customers can have a more enjoyable dining experience.

First time I tried this restaurant. Went there during lunch although it wasn’t packed but looks like they were very short-staffed and had poor service. Waited very long in the queue though in the shop there are many tables available/with uncleared dishes, Tables and chairs were not cleaned properly. I can see some Food particles were still below the table. We ordered fried rice and The beef was medium well cooked and it was juicy and tasty, The beef salad and soft shell carb rolls tasted okay but I expected more, the sauce was relatively sweet for a Vietnamese restaurant, and the salad with fresh veggies which was awesome. Iced lemongrass tea tastes just ok, couldn’t find the lemongrass hint. After all for me the food wasn’t so bad but the staff service need some improvement. Best of luck

Glad to find Vegetarian Vietnamese Food at Marina Bay Sands! They have some vegetarian options marked with 🌱 on the menu. Some of them contain alliums, so good to check before ordering. The food was hearty and decent. I ordered the Vegetarian Bún Noodle with Sautéed Tofu. It was a salad-style noodle dish, refreshing with a nice crunch. It had a spicy kick that I enjoyed.

Ordered the BÚN XÀO (Fried Vermicelli) and had to wait more than 20 minutes for it to be served. I went some time after 1pm and was first in line, but also had to wait about 10 minutes before I was entertained, luckily the ordering was via QR code so I didn’t have to trouble the already-stretched servers. If you are rushing for time, you may want to think twice before coming. Food was decent and staff were nice.

It was already past 6pm on a Friday evening and we wanted a seat at the other side but was told that that section was closed and had to come out of the restaurant to wait for that section to open in about 15 to 20 minutes later. As today is Black Friday, a lot of people are out and about shopping and dining, is there any difference to open the other section 15 to 20 minutes earlier or later ? I hope you guys would emulate the services of Paradise Group of Restaurants or Putien to retain your regular customers. The 2 or 3 seater rattan seat that we were given after the other section had opened was way too low, they could have made a thicker and firmer piece of cushion to prop up the height of the seat. The food quality had deteriorated compared to when they first opened.

Went three twice Staff is polite and kind The food was good too! The table arrangement is spacious. I will return again I would recommend to order mango salad without sauce. The sauce can be salty and it contains fish sauce.

A very nice dining experience. Food was awesome. Especially the fried riced that we ordered - Premium Marbled Sirloin Beef Fried Rice. Today is public holiday so waiting time of 20mins is acceptable. Staff was attentive even when the restaurant was quite full with diners.

Queue moved fast on a Sunday evening even with a concert at 8pm. Beef soup is tasteless, need to add the chilli to make it spicy. Their fried crispy chicken wings just managed to save one star. Service staff are friendly. Queued for about 20mins. Don’t feel any aircon during dining.

The beef in the spring roll is too hard to swallow. The vege in the spring roll seems not just cooked but put aside for a long time. Hope can improve the quality.

Had a lunch here during an event in Sands Convention Center. Chose this restaurant due to being one of the more airy and lesser crowded ones in the MBS mall, a stark contrast with the food court at the basement. Since it's a lunch, I ordered a meatball-and-pâté banh mi, which came with significantly larger portion than standard banh mi elsewhere. So much that I had to use knife to split into multiple sections. The ingredients were fresh, substantial, tasty, and with balanced composition and complemented well on the bed of crunchy baguette. Too bad I missed ordering the condensed milk-sweetened coffee - it was supposed be a quick lunch to catch up a session afterwards. Due to the premium location, the price is rather steep (~$10 for the banh mi), but still rather acceptable.
