Worst experience in Jollybee Vivo; this is my first and last visit to this store. I ordered a two-piece chicken meal and a set of spaghetti meals, as well as Fanta Grape and Coke Zero drinks (as shown on the receipt). When we get to the soft drink machine, all the flavors are pasted with a (OUT OF STOCK) sticker, which means the drinks are all out of stock. I can't have the Fanta Grape or either a Coke Zero, so I try to take the Minute Maid instead, but when the dispense is only purely water instead of orange juice, I even went to the counter to inform them, but no one cares! The restaurant is filthy and messy, so we went to the outside seating areas facing the playground, but there are birds flying in and eating leftovers on the tables, and no one seems to care. Please look at the photos and my receipt stated clearly the time and date I visited this restaurant.

Tried Jollibee a couple of times, all pleasant experience with crispy tender chicken parts and most service staffs are happy to accomodate with customers... But noooo, not this store at Vivocity!! Counter staff is grouchy and unhappy to serve despite requesting politely to change chicken parts to drum. Unpleasant experience. Place is messy and dirty. Not going back!

I didn't have a good experience here on a Monday 4.30pm. Firstly the place was not well maintained as there were spillage on the floor and the tables & chairs were not clean. Secondly, the machine to take order does not have the order on the physical menu so I had to queue up at counter. Thirdly, I waited almost 20minutes at the counter until someone came to the counter. There was orders coming in via online platforms and the staff were attending to it. Hence the queue started to form up. Fourthly, the cashier was rude and her attitude was bad. It was frustrating for me to try to have a nice meal and I had to go through this experience. I hope that some actions are taken to improve as I saw similar comments in the reviews. If not, it would not reflect well on the brand.

Visited on 15th June in evening! Fries were cold! Floor was dirty! Tables were not clean with rubbish pile up as the bin was overloaded! Very disappointed with my 1st time dining experience in Jollibee!

Been curious about Jolibee as the famous fast food chain from PH. Located in upper front of Uniqlo at Vivo with a noticeable long queue during weekend. I love the spaghetti. The burger taste ordinary, but hey it’s $2 only. So no complaint lah😂

You really can't go wrong with Jollibee. The spaghetti is the ultimate comfort food with the bolognese sauce, sausage and cheese. Fried chicken is good as always too. However, do note that the outlet at Vivo is not the cleanest.

the food was really good and the place was quite crowded. But it is severely understaffed and the cashier didnt take orders simultaneously because he had to help out with the cooking which was kind of slow. But still I recommend eating there, should order their chickenjoy with spaghetti or their soft-serve.

I order alot but they miss out my spaghetti set & i was so disspointed with that. Before i left, i already confirm with the staff is it done & everything have? The cashier said ya ya and continue busy talking to the kitchen staff(playing game) I also tried to call the the hotline but nobody pick up. Overall,bad service, the malaysian staff need to take take course to improve the service. That outlet is at vivo

Very busy and very messy but staff are friendly and prompt.. Ordered the Extra spicy chicken burger and was greatly disappointed! Look at the picture on the menu and thought try this burger. It is priced the same as 2 piece meal at $8.20. But when I received the order, it is sooo small!! Smaller than KFC's Colonel burger! .. look at the photo of the actual burger between my fingers.. I know photo on ads are not the actual item we get.. but this is way too much! 1 star for the burger. Never buying again..

I’m sorry but I have to give 2 stars. I ordered for dine-in and takeaway, it took very long to get my order ready, even others get their orders first although the order number is above mine. The worst part is, once I got home, I only got two pcs of chickens while I ordered four. The only plus, the staff was aware that I waited too long and would like to compensate me with a free french fries/another glass of soft drink.
