Outlet with drive thru! Definitely a score with the Jurong and lakeside residents. But ...when we visited the outlet was hotter than the outside! One of the older Mac's in Sg. Maintenance can be better

Worst McD drive-thru customer service in Singapore. Firstly, after I talked to intercom to order food, the man just offline like so sudden, at least can say Thank You to end the chat right??!!! When I saw the screen is off then only I noticed our chat is ended. Secondly, I asked how much is my item when paying cash, the guy totally ignored and passed item to me without even looking at me. This chubby Chinese guy was wearing different shirt than other staffs, so I guess is a manager or senior? How can he be so rude? It happened on 31 Oct 2022 at 7pm.

Poor crowd management. Crew cannot even take the initiative or exercise wisdom to find out the long about their order whether is dine-in or takeaway. To make things worst, coupon redemption for 1 to 1 promotion during lunch hours, the machine actually broke down. There was no spare machine for replacement. Hence, the promotion of the day did not resulted in any redemption. Imagine those queuing up for at least 30 minutes were not told until their turn to place order. Wonder if this is a marketing gimmick to draw the crowd during weekdays for lunch? Succeed, they did in drawing crowd. Failure is because seema to be like a scam. Can hear many people curse and swear at the inefficiency of McDonald. Confidently believe many have left this outlet an angry customer. For my food, all I can say is blood stain visibility is clear for my chick wings. Very very bad experience. Bye bye McDonald, unless I got no choice. Burger King is still my number one choice !!! Updates on 5 Jun 2022: Air Con is not cold. All foods leftover on the tables are not cleared, due to bin bags in rubbish are full. Probably the WORST McDonald outlet in the whole of Singapore. If not because of my son is hungry, I will not even want to step into this outlet. People staying around this area will NOT disagree with me. Don't even deserved 1 Star rating !!!

This place is conveniently located. Its a nice place to hang out and chill. The service can be lacking a bit. They rarely top up the tea kettle for breakfast. Thus, their promise of free refill is effectively false.

All rubbish bins are full, unattended. Informed staff, but no action taken. The cleanliness of store was below expectation. Seems like there were enough staff n 2- 3 managers on duty during that time of period with little crowd.

Lousy. Chicken salad for $6.15.. but may I ask, where is the chicken? (no it’s not inside - the whole salad with plastic box is 146g only). Does anyone check what you are giving customers in paper bags? Or do I have unwrap and to open every single item? electronic queue display is out of order and customers have to break ears trying to catch up what numbers staff is mumbling through the masks… the worst staff, the worst experience.

Did not realized that the nuggets is spicy, request to change the nuggets to non spicy for my 3 year old son and was rejected. Disappointing

The best burgers we had here. Quick service. Ample of space to sit. Food was really good. I think when compare to other mc these burgers are th3 best more juice n super yum. Highly recommend.

One of the better outlets (space is good, not too cramped between tables). Slightly quieter especially compared to those in shopping malls. Staff provide good service and waiting time is not too long (since slightly smaller outlet with lesser tables). There is drive-thru here too.

This outlet been around for long time, time to time updates itself through renovation. Air conditioning is cool as it is supposed to be. Friendly and helpful staff. Location have drive through ordering and a big paying parking lot. Standard of food is as good as it gets for this chain outlets. WiFi and public toilets available.

It's nice and quiet as it is located remotely and outstandingly as one structure house itself accompanied by similar structure by KFC at the side and Pizza Hut,the atmosphere would be like some nice and cosy kampong restaurant in Malaysia.

Went to this outlet today, ordered at 2:50am, ordered sharing box, quarter pounder and mcspicy meal. Both upsized with crisscut fries. Only recieved my meal at 330am even though there is no other orders at that timing as the staff were busy “cleaning”. The staff even left out one of my crisscut fries and i had to go and remind the staff. Mixed up my large original coke and gave me coke zero instead. i even had to go collect it myself even though i opt for table service. Unacceptable service, worst macdonald experience i’ve had. Will not visit this outlet again.

service wasnt good. too many untrained personnel who are not forcusing on their job. compare to the park near Jurong point. this one is inefficient. a complaint made month back then receive a call to redeem back my pathetic pack of fries. all craving already long lost.

I have made an advanced order in the morning to be delivered and it turned out there was a missing set meal of breakfast deluxe. Called the staff and i asked if i can get it refund for that set meal, yet she offered to resend either today or tomorrow, but i told her nobody is going to be home after 30 mins and she asked for address to check the duration. So i was expecting a call back to inform if item can be resend less than 30 mins before i was going to leave home. In the end the staff twist her words saying i agree to receive resend of the breakfast deluxe. Staff is very very rude!! DONT EVER GO TO THIS MCD!!

Service is pure chaos in peak hour. Made two orders at the same time, food served 30 mins apart. Staff practise system gaming. Moved all the food from preparing to serving even when it is not prepared.
