Charge for wasabi, soy sauce and chopsticks. Almost same price as Sushiro (1 floor up @ B1), but quality and service much worse. Sushiro provide wasabi, soy sauce, chopsticks and even icepack(for takeway) for free. The quality of sushi lose to Sushiro but price is almost the same. Squeeze 4 sushi into a small flimsy plastic box while Sushiro gave good quality box. Dont even bother. Jus take the escalator up to B1.

The buy 1 get 1 promo not apply to sashimi, but they don't mention it clearly, the staff not bother to remind us when we buy 2 sashimi boxes.

Dishonest shop! After 8.30pm onwards there is 1 for 1. Original price per box was $7.80. After 1 for 1 starts, they jack up the price to $10. If they are really giving 1 for 1, shouldn't the price remain? We need an answer from the management please.

Its affordable if you go at day end and quite okay if you dont mind crunchy rice. If youve built a taste for expensive sushi, properly vinegared rice, fresh fish, recommend you skip

Food is so so, staffs are irritating and wont stop ringing the bell at the counter. The ringing of bell is repelling customers more than its attracting customers. Lol.

Before I mentioned about my incident with the shop, I would like to mention one that I witnessed which was unrelated to my own experience. A customer before me asked for the receipt after his purchase and he had to wait 5 minutes for a receipt. Isn't that ridiculous? About my issue, my partner was getting sushi and this shop only accepts cash or nets payment with a min. purchase of $5. We only had a $50 note with us. It's about 4+ in the noon, we passed the note to the cashier and the staff asked us if we had smaller change. You already opened the entire day and tell me that your whole cash register do not have enough $10s notes to return our change? Clearly both of us do not have any other smaller cash domination and they were also really rude about the way they mention that they only accept cash, nets payment above $5 purchase and not having any cash to return us back the change. so we had to make a withdrawal just to get two pieces of sushi. And come on, many other businesses has Paynow QR code available and this business is making it very difficult for people who wants to make a purchase. Your options are to have cash below $50 or make a purchase above $5 to use nets. We informed the cashier that we would be returning shortly to make the payment, as we needed to withdraw cash from the ATM located approximately ten meters away. Less than two minutes, we returned to the shop and expected them to hold the sushi for us on the counter as we said that we will be back after the withdrawal. They put our sushi back in the refrigerator and showed no interest in continuing the transaction. There were three staff in the store with no customers and yet not even one of the staff cared to assist us but looked at us with eye power. Hence, we decided to not purchase anything and walked out of the shop after witnessing the incident before us and our own experience. Purely no intention of making a sale at all. Even though you're selling sushi at an affordable price, the lack of convenient payment options is a significant drawback! Overall, the sushi store's limited payment options and lack of customer service are major turn-offs. The cashier's rudeness and the refusal to accept a higher denomination note without adequate change are unacceptable. The store should consider offering more convenient payment options, such as Paynow or Paywave, in order to improve the customer experience.

If it wasn’t for the aunty at the counter that was super nice to me, they would get absolutely no stars. I would rate the food a zero. I couldn’t even eat most of it - the taste is just off and not tasty at all. Please don’t waste your money here. Spend $1-2 more at Don Don Donki and your life will be better. It was my first time trying it because everything there was close and I wasn’t in the mood for fast food (eg. Mcds) I was tired from working late. This was disappointing. Maybe it’s just me, and I wouldn’t go back.

This place has the most annoying way of attracting customers. A lady will stand there the entire time ringing a bell constantly and it is so annoying. Can you imagine the workers in the other stall having to hear the constant ringing and her repeating the same thing over and over again.
