we decided to grab a quick dinner here! the staff were quite busy and took a while before taking our order. however, the food came within 5 minutes and the staff were very friendly! we got the long chicken, small fries and green tea set, as well as the tender crisp with sjora set and double bbq turkey bacon, onion rings and iced milo set, as well as their truffle mayonnaise fries. the long chicken had the perfect batter to chicken ratio and was slightly crispy. there was also a nice serving of mayonnaise and lettuce. the small fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. the drinks were bought from outside so they tasted good! the other burgers are just as good too. a special mention goes to the truffle fries which had a generous serving of mayonnaise and was crispy yet soft! we would definitely come back for more!

Especially bad fast food restaurant. Especially his employees, who show a black face when they give food to others. I hope burgerking teach your staff not to treat like this, customers one day you will have no business.

Consistently under performing fast food store. First major problem is the service speed. The store has always been slow, but the speed has been getting worse recently. It took me 20 minutes to get a simple chicken burger with fries and drink at night. And the store wasn't that busy; I observed only 4 or 5 other customers waiting with 4 staff working the kitchen. Second issue is food quality. On 2 occasions burgers I got were missing ingredients. The first time, I got 2 yuzu tendergrill chickens. Both were missing the vegetables and the patties slightly undercooked. The manager responded pretty swiftly after I submitted feedback and offered 2 free burgers as compensation. As such, I ordered a yuzu tendergrill and an ultimate tendercrisp chicken a few days later. This time, the tendergrill was ok but the tendercrisp was missing the bacon, ham and cheese.

Dined here. Food was fast but ordered an upsized drink with a straw lid. Asked for straw but was told no straw. Then the least they could do is change the lid with a drinking lid. Great initiative to stop plastic waste but please make sure you are well-prepared guys.

Contrary to the other reviews, I thought it was a pretty decent place! Nicely decorated, seating is spacious, everything looks new. Right next to Redhill MRT and sheltered walkway (important if you are coming here for lunch under the sweltering sun). I haven't eaten BK in so long that I was wondering "is this where they have mushroom swiss?" as I walked in. I am ashamed. 🙏🏻😌 I'm glad to report that they have loads of fancy new things though! Saw a taro pie, many desserts. I stuck to ordering a Mushroom Swiss Burger, onion rings and green tea though, for nostalgia reasons. 😂 I'll be back to try their Belgian Choc Sundae soon!! It looked good. Speed could have been faster for sure but it was comparable to other fast food outlets. It wasn't that slow for me. Around 10-15min? It met my expectations for a fast food outlet. Will be back!

I live in US and wanted to come try the burger kind here for comparison. Came here around 8pm today. The tables were all dirty and had leftover food. I got bbq burger with turkey bacon, the burger itself tasted horrible. If I’m being honest, you couldn’t really taste anything but the buns. My Pattie’s were dry and cold. The cheese had no taste. Also I ordered onion rings with my burger meal, and ordered two large onion rings. However the girl working refused to give me more than 2 sauces??? I was so shocked. Like I didn’t want 5 or 6, I wanted 3, one for each of my onion rings (as I got the other two for my family members). They said you only get a sauce with an A la carte onion ring? What kind of absurd and silly rule is that? Will never eat at a Burger King in Singapore again, will advise my family who live to continue to boycott them. They had discouraged me to go here, I should have listened to them.

So stingy with the cheese fries. Hello pay $0.80 more for cheese and u still give me so little? More than 3/4 fries have no cheese
