The chicken was not dry. It was decent with no wow factor. Tahu Telor is not freshly done as it not hot enough when served. Keropok was a bit hard and thick to bite on. Chilli is nice if you like it spicy.

Ordered the ayam bakar (without rice) and beef rendang. First impression was that the food were well packed. But the beef rendang container looked a tad small. The ayam bakar didn't have any charred bits which reduces that awesome smokey flavour. It came with a small piece of tofu and tempe. Both were good, especially the tofu. Default sauce was kechap manis with bits of chilli padi. The sauce actually not spicy because the chilli was only abit. Chicken was alright and definitely needed the sauce to lift the flavours. Most parts of the chicken remained slightly moist. The rendang had a thick layer of oil on top but I had it removed before eating it. The beef was chunky and it was tender, especially those parts with fats. Spice level was a 3 out of 5. It was delicious and tasted of rempah.

Maybe due to the fresh chicken ban from Malaysia, they swapped their signature smashed chicken thigh to Giant Leg and increased the price at the same time. The giant chicken leg taste like rubber and definitely not worth the price.

Haven’t been back in Singapore for awhile, still taste great. Oxtail Soul and Ayam Penyet was good to my tastebuds.

Great taste! Free soup! Tried the begidil 3pcs at $4.90 and it was good. Ayam penyet with rice $8.90 and upsize ice tea at $2.50.. Service was awesome! Friendly staff. Do try their cabe ijo - green chilli paste.. Just delish! Tip - Go when they open at 1130hrs. All so fresh and free parking at Hillion Mall on weekdays 1130-1400hrs

I ordered and take away oxtail soup and tahu telor yesterday around 8plus at night. When I reached home to eat I found out that the tahu telor was totally overcooked, it's hard, it dark brown in color and it's like being kept on standby for a long time and unfortunately it's been served to me. Maybe the chef or the cooker is lazy to cook and prepare a new one due to almost closing time. I can't eat at all and I ended up throw the whole thing. I can accept if it take sometimes to prepare and I don't mind waiting if the foods you serve is satisfied me but this one is unacceptable. I was a regular customer and I love eating and buying from your restaurants. The prices has been revised since endemic. Of course the expectation gone high. Please maintain and keep your food in good quality. Not only serve for dine in but also take away/delivery.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ayam Penyet President and I must say, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Ayam Bakar, paired beautifully with the aromatic Yellow Fragrant Rice. Let's start with the Ayam Bakar, which is grilled chicken marinated in a delightful blend of herbs and spices. The chicken was perfectly grilled, with a slightly charred exterior that added a delightful smoky flavor. One bite into the succulent meat, and I was greeted with a burst of flavors. The rice had a fluffy texture and was beautifully seasoned with turmeric and other spices, giving it a subtly fragrant taste that perfectly complemented the grilled chicken.

My husband ordered chicken satay (which will post photos later) to show the peanut sauce supposed to be separated incase people allergic to peanut, but the staff or chef just lazy poured everything in. Ordered chicken fried rice too but when noticed there's only one small piece of chicken. Then two ice coffee drinks with different milk that me and husband ordered, the staff also don't bother to serve and inform us which one is the evaporated milk, and which one is not. Just put down and walk away. Staffs there all too relax and chatting, that explains why business is bad for this outlet. Definitely need an improve on their quality, hygiene, and service.

Food was perfect! Totally recommend the nasi goreng and add an extra note for extra spicy!! Beef rendang was tender as well. Service was prompt, environment clean too!

Food is ok. Let down by poor service and a terrible atmosphere. The food is just ok. Got some flavor, good sized portions. But all are not warm, other than the soup. They cut the tomato and cucumber into such huge slices. The service is just moving plates from the kitchen to the table. Got to get cutlery by ourselves. Chair is uncomfortable. Exhaust fan droning noisily. The place just feels sad.

Portion Abit sad as compared to the other outlet in clementi. Tasty beef rendang. 8/10 Chicken is over cooked, kind of tough for the fillet.
