Quite a decent Burger King outlet. I came here about a week ago, and had my dinner there at about 10pm. Thankfully, there was a food option at that time. There were few dining and the outlet was quite quiet. The burgers were served in quite a short period of time, but the staff told me that they were still frying fries and told me to wait for a while. Although the wait was slightly longer, I had no complaints about the hot fries. However, the meat patty in the burger was quite rock solid, and was not very appetising although the bun was warm. The cleanliness could be improved. Overall it's quite an okay outlet.

Yummy burgers as usual. But the burger shraaaankkkk in sizeeee... soooo smalll.. The new kakiage beef burger quite nice. Chicken fingers also good.

Came here on a Sunday morning about 1010hrs. Surprised to see majority of the shuttle gates down with only about 4 panels opened. Made me wonder if the joint was opened but yes, saw diners eating their food so joint was opened. Made my order at the self service kiosk. Went to a table waited for my order. Number called by machine, went to contact and I guessed my order - there was no order chit with my order number on the tray. It was the only dine-in order at the counter. Throughout this process, it was CONTACTLESS! No human interaction with their service staff. In fact, this joint is so successful with no frontline service staff at all and the joint runs purely by a kitchen team. I liked the chilli pack as it was easy to tear them. Having said that, I wonder if this joint is infringing any fire safety rules with only 4 panel shuttle doors opened while allowing diners in. Store manager should revisit this issue. Heck, top management should visit this joint!

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Their ordering machine is not working, but there is no staff to attend to it. I went late at night around 10pm, their staff was aware that I was waiting to order at the counter as I could only pay with cash; but they ignored the fact that I was waiting to order.

Fast food is supposed to be fast. I was here at this branch and saw a long queue. Some of them were frustrated by how slow the service it could be. I think the staffs are doing their best to accommodate everyone but please Burger King Singapore, hire more staffs to help out!

One of my preferred fast food joints. Love their breakfast items. The croissants buns are very soft and the hash browns are really tasty. Compared to their competitors, BK’s food is so much better to me yet not as popular. Not a bad thing I guess, was here at 815am and it’s rather empty.
