The attitude of the senior staff (seem like the supervisor) is sooooo bad. The company seriously need to look at the training of their staff. Now I am not surprise to see the average review of this company is only 3.3 and below. The supervisor did not bother the help or train the staff. Her attitude is like we owe her a millions. We collected the pizza on 11 Jun at 535pm and hope the manager/senior management could check the roster and identify this staff.

I’ve always loved their pizzas! The very veggie & only cheese pizzas are good as well! Never tried their lasagne though.

What a horrible experience at pezzo literally, went there at 25/06 2130 hrs, to ask if they still have a slice of pizza with the flavour I wanted. What shock me was how the staff answered back saying like I'm blind for not able to see what was left, and even saying vugularities in malay language thinking I did not understand. Don't ever visit unless you like scolding from their staff

Hawaiian & Pepperoni pizza are good with rich flavour of cheese, would be better if the delivery menu is able to select 2-4pc amount is rather overwhelming for 1-2pax from menu.

Ordered delivery. The delivery is pretty fast but pizza’s freezing cold. It looks exactly like overnight leftovers. Bad pizza, totally not worth it. Avoid

The pizza is delicious but takeaway only and it’s a bit awkward to find a place to eat. Too bad because the pepperoni here is quite nice, and also halal. Service staff are quite nice. Just wish there was seating

Staff need serious retraining. If i tell u the correct order no. U pass me the correct food order, why do you need to check my device? Do i look illeterate that i cant tell u the correct order no? Do you think i have no money that i am going to steal ur food? It was an order of wings.

Pizza are ok, similar to a certain other big name brand but I prefer a thinner crust pizza over a bready one.

The staff is extremely unfriendly. Me and my 2 other friends just stood in front of the display case for just a few minutes, because we were waiting for our friends to take their orders from stuff'd (which is just next door). To my surprise, there was this one Pezzo staff just told us to move away and not to block the display case. We were not even close to the display case, im sure people can still see the pizzas from the sides, and there wasn't even any customer at that time. It's not like we are going to be standing there long. I can't even believe I am giving a bad review without even tasting their food. Never again coming near you!

Went at about 8:20am for their advertised breakfast sets but only 2 items off the bfast menu were available hahaha so I got the chicken mayo rolls. On the brightside, they were nice and hot. Service was alright, staff were busy getting started. Overall quite average but not bad for the price ($4.50 for 2 rolls and a drink).
